League information

Singles 8-ball under BCAPL rules on the 8' table at Unhinged Brewing. The full Player Handbook governs all matters not listed here.

Sign-up deadline	2:00 pm, Sunday, November 8 ($30 fee payable to the League Director)
Week 1	November 9–15
Weekly cycle	Matchups posted Sunday evening; matches due by 2:00 pm the following Sunday
Venue	8' table at Unhinged Brewing during normal business hours. Alternate: 8' table at Dr Billiard
Match format	5 games, all played regardless of result. Breaks alternate after game 1
Scoring	1 point per ball of own group, 3 points for the 8-ball. Maximum 10 per game, 50 per match
Standings	Total points; ties broken by match wins, head-to-head, then games won
League Director	Malcolm (Dr Billiard)

Reporting a score

Print a blank paper scoresheet for keeping score at the table.

After the match, either player signs in and reports the score of each game, including any break and runs and table runs.
The score shows as unverified until the opponent confirms it. If the opponent can't confirm, the League Director can still approve it.
The League Director approves the score. Standings and leaderboards count approved scores only.

Scores are due within 24 hours of the match. Players who require additional time must notify the League Director as early as possible.

Runs

Break and run: the breaking Player pockets all balls of their group and the 8-ball without the opponent taking a turn.
Table run: a Player pockets all balls of their group and the 8-ball in a single turn, other than following their own break.
Each earns a $5 bonus, paid by Dr Billiard at the end of the season.

Prizes

Each $30 fee: $5 Unhinged Brewing, $5 Dr Billiard, $20 prize pool. 3rd place receives the $30 entry fee back; the remainder is split 70% to 1st and 30% to 2nd.
